Robert Craig winery only accepts wine orders from adults 21 years of age or older. Federal law requires that a person over the age of 21 provide ID and sign for all alcohol deliveries. Whenever possible, we recommend shipping to a business address or FedEx location in order to avoid missed delivery attempts.
All in-stock wine orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days, unless held for extreme weather. We utilize both FedEx and UPS for wine deliveries and you do have the option of choosing which carrier you would prefer at check-out. If no carrier or upgraded shipping method is chosen, we will ship via FedEx ground service.
Missed delivery attempts, packages requiring redirection, address corrections and return packages all incur fees. Please double check your shipping address to confirm that an adult over the age of 21 will be available to sign for the delivery.
In compliance with current state laws, we do not ship to states where shipping is prohibited. Robert Craig can ship to the following states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT (license # LSW.0000368), DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA (license # 082658), WI, WV, and WY
Sales Tax is charged and remitted as required by state laws and regulations.
We take great pride in our craft and hold ourselves to the highest quality standards. On a rare occasion a bottle could be flawed or damaged. If you have concerns that a bottle you received is flawed, please reach out to us immediately so that we may help.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of the wines that you received, you may return any unopened bottles within 30 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be issued once the wines have been returned back to the winery and inspected.
