This gorgeous, pale salmon Grenache Rosé is the real thing. Dried rose petals, bright bursts of citrus rind, red rock, cigarette box and bramble berry leap from the glass and the nose of this racy, complex wine. As always, this "early pick" Grenache is juicy, dead-dry and oh-so refreshing.

CANDLESTICK RIDGE ESTATE VINEYARD, HOWELL MOUNTAIN
Candlestick Ridge is the northernmost vineyard in the Howell Mountain AVA and is slightly warmer than the summit ridge where the Winery Estate vineyard lies. Candlestick is influenced by warm air from Pope Valley to the east and – at its slightly lower elevation – it is protected from the constant wind that hits the ridge line. The big subsurface boulders were removed during the replanting, leaving thin tufa soil on top of a rocky volcanic bedrock.

Crafted from Grenache from our Candlestick Ridge Estate Vineyard, this juicy rosé offers hints of strawberry blossom and dried rose petals alongside racy mountain acidity. This "early pick" summer favorite is juicy and dead-dry in the classic French style.
